FOCUS: OPENING THE BODY THROUGH GRAVITY - BACK
This 3 part course uses gravity to gain the most amount of benefit from your yoga practice using the least amount of energy. The focus of this class is relaxation, rather than effort, and uses the wall to reverse the orientation gravity has on the feet and legs. Legs up the wall improves circulation, opens the spine, relieves stress, and is an excellent pose to counter sitting or standing for long hours.
