FOCUS: HANDS and arms

Our hands represent the way we interact with the world. The hands should be open and flexible, yet strong and sensitive. The nerves and sensory receptors in the hands collect information about our external environment in relation to the body's internal state, so that the brain can analyze this information and respond accordingly to the satisfy the body's needs. The hands have millions of sensory receptors that detect touch, pressure, temperature, and pain. This class strengthens the neurological connection between the hands and the brain.
